Refund Policy

Due to the nature of health and personal products, refunds are handled carefully.

1General Rule

All sales are final once delivery is completed, except in the cases below.

2Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds or replacements may be issued if:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged product upon delivery
  • Order not delivered

3Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after payment
  • Opened or used products
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Failed delivery due to unreachable customer

4Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

  • Customer not answering calls
  • Incorrect location

→ A re-delivery fee may apply

5Refund Process

  • Contact support within 24 hours of issue
  • Provide proof (photo if applicable)
  • Approved refunds processed via original payment method

6Processing Time

Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on payment provider.
